Both were in the company of Marisol and we had amazing seats for the games. Thursday we went to the Heat game, sat 23 rows from the court and had a really fun night. They played the Orlando Magic and it was a serious rivalry game that was so exciting I almost peed my pants. No joke, I literally ran into my apartment and dropped trow before I made a mess. Marisol scored us some free beer from a seriously drunk sports fan and we made a new friend. A 10 year old boy, who was whining the whole first quarter until Marisol started chatting him up. We shared our popcorn with him and his dad, and had a merry old time. Unfortunatley, we lost in overtime. But it was such a close game and really exciting that we didn't mind.

Sunday afternoon we took Marisol's son to his first ever Hockey game, it was actually both of our first games too. It was the Panthers against the Tama Bay Lightning. What! Another rivalry game. We sat 11 rows back and it was AWESOME. I loved, loved watching hockey live. I had seen a few games during the Olympics and got super into them but nothing beats a live game. Her son had a blast. We bought all sorts of terrible food, got him a panther foam claw and he cheered and danced throughout the game. I got so into it that I found my self jumping out of my seat and cheering, like seriously yelling, everytime the Panthers would score. And we won, so it was a great game.

Next up, I'm going to another Panthers game, the last of the season with my family and Teresa and Gabriel. And then when baseball season kick into gear we are taking Marisol's little man to his first game. Its long overdue, what Cuban little boy hasn't been to a baseball game by the age of 4!! We're going to remedy that stat.
