I have been talking circles around cutting my hair for months...I haven't touched it since I cut it back in November (when I cut bangs) and now almost a year later I realize that its kind oh blah. It has no style to speak of and thats just unacceptable.
The sexy legless pirate is not fond of my choices so I need a second (or 50th) opinion. I am planning on cutting and dying it so let me know your thoughts on both. Keep in mind that I prefer to keep it longish if possible.

I have had Dye number 4 and it does not last long!!! It turns orange REALLY REALLY fast, so you have to do a lot of upkeep, but its my favorite! The only hair style that looks like it would be for day to day is number 1. The others dont look like everyday styles and number 1 is pure hotness.

I like Cut #1 a lot, with Dye #4. I really, really like Cut #1. :)
They all mostly seem like the same haircut, just different hair types/hair styles.
Do the long layers, with the long side bangs. And do the two colors, with red being on top, black on bottom. :)
The cool part about it is, you can have the same hair cut, and then mess with it differently on different days so you're not sick of it fast!
